This Advisor Relationship Overview was updated and is effective as of July 1, 2026.

LifeMap helps professional advisors support clients through personal life transitions with relevant tools, materials, webinars, Life Guide access, and client-care support. The service is designed to complement the advisor relationship without replacing the advisor's financial, legal, or professional role.

Your relationship with LifeMap

LifeMap works as an alliance with you and your business. Its role is to address the emotional, practical, and family aspects of life transitions, and to provide a turnkey way for your business to demonstrate care for clients' individual life situations.

LifeMap does not offer financial advice, interfere with client privacy, share information about other advisors using LifeMap, or disclose a client's specific usage activity to the advisor. Specific activity, such as when a client accesses materials or what they view or download, remains at the client's discretion to share.

Privacy

Advisors and clients agree to LifeMap's Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Service, and related policies when they register to use the platform.

LifeMap treats information in two broad categories. Personal Information may include names, business names, email addresses, location, passwords, webinar registration details, payment details processed through encrypted third-party payment systems, and other information provided through the platform. Sensitive Information may include personal life-situation details shared with a Life Guide or Expert.

LifeMap does not collect or store Sensitive Information to provide services on the platform. Life Guides agree not to disclose Sensitive Information to LifeMap, an advisor, an advisor's company, or any third party unless the client gives express written permission.

Membership

LifeMap provides curated content to help clients develop awareness, thinking, and abilities for navigating life events, changes, and challenges, described as life transitions. Membership access can only be provided by a professional advisor or financial company.

Advisor Subscription. The advisor or company pays an annual subscription to offer complimentary LifeMap memberships to clients. The subscription includes dashboard access, exclusive LifeMap tools, videos, resources, and client virtual-event webinars. The subscription commitment runs for 12 months of automatic payments. If payments stop before all 12 payments are made, client memberships may be revoked after a 10-business-day opportunity to remedy the payment delay.

Client Membership. Clients register at no cost to access LifeMap tools, videos, resources, and Life Guides. Client membership continues while the advisor subscription remains active.

LifeMap's white-glove service includes orientation calls, broad access to life-transition information, flexible downloadable and printable tools, anonymous client virtual events through Zoom, and optional one-to-one Life Guide sessions.

Life Guides

Life Guides are vetted professionals who provide one-to-one life coaching and facilitation services as an extension of LifeMap's online services. Life Guide services are optional, individually paid for, independent from the online program, and delivered directly by the Life Guide.

When a client requests Life Guide services, LifeMap collects and shares the client's name, email address, and phone number to initiate the service. Life Guides may report general session counts and outcomes to LifeMap for business purposes, and LifeMap may share aggregate participation levels with advisors, but not Sensitive Information.

Life Guide services are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance-abuse treatment, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Clients must agree to separate Life Guide engagement rules covering confidentiality, fees, availability, cancellation terms, responsibilities, and disclaimers.

Intellectual property

Advisor subscriptions include access to exclusive LifeMap tools for personal use and for educating staff about life transitions. Advisors may distribute LifeMap tools electronically or in print to clients, including clients who have not become LifeMap members.

LifeMap materials must be treated with respect. Promotion or use of LifeMap content as an advisor's own content, or any other copyright infringement, is prohibited.

LifeMap is operated by LifeBridge Strategies, Inc., domiciled in Nashville, Tennessee.

Reporting

LifeMap may provide quarterly reports regarding general platform access or paid membership activity. Communications are digital and may include email requests for reports or other information. LifeMap performs routine backups but does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of reports.

Refund policy

LifeMap makes every effort to be prompt with requests and attentive to clients' needs. LifeMap does not offer refunds for subscription plans because the timing, level of interaction, learning effort, and client-engagement scope remain within the advisor's control. Advisors who want to discuss how to better use LifeMap and its materials should contact LifeMap.
