Terms for clients who choose one-to-one Life Guide coaching and facilitation services.
This Life Guide Service Agreement was updated and is effective as of July 1, 2026.
LifeMap offers access to vetted Life Guides for clients who want personal, one-to-one guidance while navigating life transitions. This Agreement explains the relationship between LifeMap, LifeMap Life Guides contracted with LifeBridge Strategies, Inc., and the client using Life Guide services.
The LifeMap program helps clients develop awareness, thinking, and abilities for life events, changes, and challenges. Membership access is provided through a professional advisor or advisor company. LifeMap's online service contains guidance, tools, videos, and materials intended to ease the path through life transitions.
Life Guide services are optional, paid one-to-one coaching and facilitation services that sit outside the LifeMap online program.
After accepting this Agreement and paying for Life Guide services, the selected Life Guide provides services directly to the client. Services may include using LifeMap materials to explain, guide, and suggest ways to support specific life-transition needs. The success of the engagement depends on the client's commitment and openness to the educational process.
Life Guide services are not counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance-abuse treatment, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy, and must not be used as a substitute for those services.
LifeMap offers options for engaging a Life Guide and collects payment for Life Guide services through the platform. The relationship between the client and the Life Guide is separate from the client's LifeMap membership.
LifeMap and Life Guides act independently and do not share Sensitive Information about the client's Life Guide interactions. LifeMap does not participate in and is not privy to conversations between a client and selected Life Guide. Life Guides do not share Sensitive Information or life details with the advisor or company that provided LifeMap access.
The client is solely responsible for their own actions, reactions, or lack of action, and for those of family members, resulting from any advice, coaching, or assistance received. LifeMap and Life Guides are not responsible for effects or consequences of activities or decisions undertaken based on the services provided.
If a client believes a Life Guide's services do not meet expectations, the client agrees to communicate concerns directly to the Life Guide to determine a resolution. LifeMap does not act as an intermediary and does not offer rebates or refunds if the client decides coaching or facilitation is not helpful.
LifeMap and Life Guides make no guarantees about outcomes or results. Because life circumstances involve unknown variables, LifeMap and the selected Life Guide are not legally accountable if results do not meet expectations. Refunds are not offered unless unprofessional or illegal conduct by the Life Guide occurs under applicable law.
Life Guides do not provide financial advice, legal advice, therapy, or counseling. It remains the client's independent choice to seek advice or services from other qualified third parties. A Life Guide may suggest other professionals, but has no financial connection with recommended providers and makes no guarantees about those services.
LifeMap provides descriptions, video messages, and calendars on behalf of Life Guides to help clients choose and book services. These materials may change over time, and calendar availability is offered at each Life Guide's discretion. Each Life Guide manages a separate business from LifeMap, and LifeMap does not promise regular availability.
Life Guide services are delivered as personal sessions outside the LifeMap platform. Payments are remitted by credit card on the LifeMap platform at a rate of $250 USD per hour in advance of sessions. Each session is prepaid and scheduled using the Life Guide calendar available on LifeMap.
When booking, clients provide contact information that the Life Guide uses outside the platform. Sessions occur at scheduled appointment times by Zoom, phone, or another agreed method. If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the session is treated as cancelled and the full fee applies.
Clients must give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice forfeits the full session fee. If a client cancels or postpones more than three times, the Life Guide may end the relationship by email and notify LifeMap.
No-show appointments have the full fee applied. LifeMap may refuse or cancel a purchase of Life Guide services for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transactions, a Life Guide's discontinued relationship with LifeMap, or availability issues.
This section works with the Privacy Policy to explain what information LifeMap may collect and share with a Life Guide to provide requested booking and services.
Personal Information may include name, email address, password, webinar registration details, questions, comments, phone number, payment information processed through encrypted third-party payment systems, and session-count or outcome information used for business reporting.
Sensitive Information may include personal life-situation details shared with a Life Guide, such as names of family members and details of family actions or activities. LifeMap does not need Sensitive Information to provide platform services. Life Guides agree not to disclose Sensitive Information to LifeMap, the client's advisor, the advisor's company, or any third party unless the client gives express written permission.
LifeMap and Life Guides may use third-party services to conduct business operations, including Kajabi for platform hosting, Stripe for card payments, Motivation Studio for webinars, Calendly for scheduling, Zoom for video conferencing, and Shopify for product display or purchasing.
These providers may process Personal Information as described in LifeMap's Privacy Policy. Clients may request a list of third parties at any time and are encouraged to review each provider's privacy policy.
Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately by written notice in an email and a phone call confirming receipt. The client remains responsible for outstanding fees due for Life Guide services already provided.
LifeMap clients understand and agree that LifeMap and Life Guides are not responsible or liable for adverse or other consequences, including financial, personal, employment, or other losses, arising from decisions or actions taken directly or indirectly as a result of Life Guide services.
In no event will a Life Guide, LifeMap, related business entities, owners, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns be liable for special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the total Life Guide fees paid by the client under this Agreement.
LifeMap may change, amend, or replace these terms with notice at its discretion. Clients should review the current version before each Life Guide engagement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee despite any conflict-of-laws principles to the contrary. The Agreement is executed digitally by the client's online acceptance within the LifeMap platform, which is date and time stamped.
Questions, comments, or concerns about LifeMap, LifeMap services, Life Guides, or this Agreement may be submitted through the Trust Center contact form.
